The hotel is quaint little and original, has welcoming staff at the reception desk. Reasonably large rooms complete with five or six tables, a good shower plus tea. The setting is favourable and marvellous, very close to the airport in record time, 20 minutes. Distance to the restaurant takes 300 feet...

Basic room with 4 beds with aircon (very appreciated after very hot days of sightseeing). The staff was wonderful about accommodating our very delayed flight. The location, on a quiet, safe street so close to Termini was ideal. And, above all, the price was fantastic for a family.
Would have liked a double bed instead of 2 singles pushed together for my husband and I. More fruit at breakfast. But these were minor points for us-overall very satisfied. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The final verdict on this
A charming stay with helpful staff and a prime location just minutes from Termini Station. My room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was a good start to the day. Don't miss the fabulous restaurant across the road! Perfect for exploring Rome without the tourist rush.

Mrs Livia was the best staff-receptionist we had in our entire trip to Italy. We finally found someone willing to help us in our trip. She responded nicely and effectively. Location is fantastic. Facility is decent for the price.
Towels were very thin, like napkins.

The hotel was quiet and out of the rush, but still close to the Termini station. The value for money was perfect. They locked our bags away before we could check-in so we could start exploring Rome. We only stayed one night on route to a cruise but when we got back a week later they let us leave our bags in the dining room, giving us the opportunity to explore the Vatican which we would not have seen otherwise because of the queues at the bagage drop of at the station. We would definitely go back if we ever go to Rome again.

The hotel was within a comfortable walking distance Roma Termini and within good walking distance to Rome tourist spots. I was travelling alone and was able to return quite safely at 11pm from a theatre performance. I felt safe and found eating places locally, across the road and around the corner. It was quiet with security shutters and double glazed window that I could open. Continental breakfast was also very nice.
My air conditioning did not work. I did tell the front desk and they thought that I had not switched it on properly. Even set at a very low 10 degrees it still did not seem to work, however, after turning the towel heater in the bathroom off and having the window open I was very comfortable the second night. The hotel arranged an airport transfer and told me it was 45 euro but the driver charged 47euro when we arrived at the airport and because he had no change I ended by paying 50euro. They should just tell you 50euro in the first place...I did ask whether the driver would have change and I was assured by desk clerk.

Great place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff returned my forgotten sim cards, which I appreciated. A tip, always ask for local advice! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Convenient location for Termini Station, only 5 minutes walk away. Good restaurant directly opposite. Pleasant design for the interior, and for the bedrooms. Breakfast, buffet style, was basic but sufficient. Helpful, English speaking staff was a plus for a non Italian speaker. In short, good value for money.
All in all it was a good hotel, well decorated and fitted out, with helpful English speaking staff. So, no complaints.
